DESCRIPTION
The US Vacuum Model RP-50B-WS is a Rotary Piston Single Stage vacuum pump suitable for industrial use in medium & high vacu-
um pumping systems. The pump nomenclature stands for RP (Rotary Piston), 50 cfm (pumping capacity), WS for water service.
In many applications, a rotary piston pump is specified when a high vacuum is required along with the ability to pump to large amounts
of condensable vapors from the gas stream. The RP-50B-WS has been specifically designed to operate in these types of applications
where water vapor contamination can cause reliability and longevity issues with other type of pumps The system incorporates a
generous supply oil along with very low pump operating rpm (350 rpm) to insure many years of trouble-free service.
