The belt is too tightly or too loosely. Amend 
the belt.

THE   RUNNING   DIRECTION   OF MOTOR IS 
NOT CORRECT

The wire connection of the motor is not cor-
rect. 
Change the way of wire connection.

AIR COMPRESSOR  PUMP  OR THE MOTOR 
TEMPERATURE IS TOO HIGH

The working pressure is too high. Reduce the 
using air pressure.
The air filter is blocked or the valves is block. 
Cleaning the air filters.
The belt is too tightly or not balance. Amend 
the belt.
The outdoor temperature is too high or not 
good air ventilation is not good. 
Change the 
palace.
The input power cable is too long or the volt-
age is too low. 
Change the power cable to use 
standard.

THE AIR PRESSURE CAN NOT REACH TO 
STANDARD PRESSURE

The valve is faulty. Change the valve. 
Safety valve is air leakage. Inspect and repair.
Air compressor connection parts air leakage. 
Inspect and repair with seal belt.
Pump pistons rings is broken. Change the new 
pistons rings.
The belt is too loose. Check the belt and make 
the belt is tighten.

THE NOISE IS TOO BIG

The pump lack of oil. Check the bear good or 
not and fill new oil.
The belt guard is too loose. Switch off the ma-
chine and tighten the screw.
Piston heat the valve plates. Open the cylinder 
head and inspect.
Pistons and valve plates have too much dust. 
Open the cylinder and clean it.
The bearing is damaged. Change the bearings.

TOO MUCH VIBRATION

The belt is not balance. Inspect and balance 
the two pulley. 
The axle is out of shape. Sent to repair center 
and change it.
The belt is too loose. Amend the belt.

The earth is not flat. Change the place.

THE  AIR  COME  OUT  FROM  THE INLET 
HALES (ON THE PUMP HEAD)

Air plate is broken. Change the valve plate.
The valve plate is wrong assembling. Change 
the direction of the valve plate.

AIR COMPRESSOR DID NOT STOP

Air switch problem. Change the air switch, let 
stop at 8 bar and restart at 5.5 bar.
Air requirements is too big. Use the heavy duty 
air compressor.

OIL USING LEAKAGE

Compressor run in wrong direction, so pump 
can not be cooled very well, so oil come out 
from pump. 
Change to right direction.
Oil is too full. Check the oil level keep in the 
middle of oil glass.
Piston rings or the cylinder broken. Inspect it 
and repair them.
