CALL TO A USER WITH A CODE
Proceed as follows if you know the code of the user you want to call:
1.
Pick up the handset 1039/41, if provided
2.
Click on one of the two call data areas (3) or (22)
3.
Enter the user code on the keypad
4.
Press the button (15) to make the call
5. The message “Connected” will appear when the user answers in the selected call
area (3) or (22)
If you make a mistake when entering the code:
1.
Press “C” to delete the last entered data
To end the call:
1.
Hang up the handset 1039/41 or press the button (20)
The message “Busy” will appear if the user is engaged in another conversation in the call data area
(3) or (22).
Press the repeat button (16) to repeat the last call.
CALL TO A USER WITH THE ADDRESS BOOK
Use the address book as follows if you do not know the code of the user you want to
call:
1.
Pick up the handset 1039/41, if provided
2.
Click on one of the two call data areas (3) or (22)
3.
Press button (2) to open the address book
4.
Select the required name
5.
Press the “Call” button to make the call
6. The message “Connected” will appear when the user answers in the selected call
area (3) or (22)
To end the call:
1.
Hang up the handset 1039/41 or press the button (20)
The message “Busy” will appear if the user is engaged in another conversation in the call data area
(3) or (22).
Press the repeat button (16) to repeat the last call.
