3. Put again the support on the back lid, by blocking it with the latches.
WALL MOUNTING
For dialer support wall mounting, follow the instructions below:
1. Place the support and mark the hole points for the two slots.
2. Drill the wall and insert screw anchors.
3. Fix the support with the screws to the anchors. Slots allow to compensate hole misalignments, in order
to
fi
x the dialer in perfect horizontal position.
4.2 CONNECTIONS
Inputs are always referred to GND. With a NC input, the alarm is generated when the input is opened; with
a NO input, when the input is closed.
Warning: the dialer identi
fi
es the alarm kind, according to the input in alarm state; if it is necessary to
differentiate speci
fi
c alarms, for example an intrusion alarm and a gas leak alarm, different signalling must
be associated to different dialer inputs.
To connect the dialer to the PSTN line, use a twisted pair; no polarity must be respected.
Warning: the telephone dialer must be the
fi
rst device connected to the incoming PSTN line, in order to seize
the line
fi
rst in case of an alarm.
For the connection of the microphone used for environmental listening (Ref. 1061/003), use a twisted pair.
The line must not be longer than 100m; in connection polarity must be respected.
The tamper line must be connected only if an alarm control panel is available.

4.3 GSM ANTENNA
In some cases the GSM
fi
eld can be too weak for the provided GSM antenna (1033/471 and 1033/472
models), for example because the carrier GSM station is too far or the dialer position is not right, but it is
not possible to change it.
In these cases, replace the antenna with a model provided with extension cable (see Urmet catalogue).
4.4 CLOSING
Close the dialer with the front lid, by
fi
xing it with the screw and put on the central plate again.
When putting the lid, take care the tamper is closed correctly.
