4.6 Interactions
• Do not use this device in the presence of electronic monitoring equipment (e. g. heart monitor, ECG alarm) or
while performing an electrocardiogram or electroencephalogram. Electronic equipment may not operate
properly when the patch is on.
• Be aware of the potential risk of burns if you take alcohol, analgesic or anti-inflammatory drugs at the same time,
as they may affect your skin sensitivity. This is not a contraindication.
•
To clean the patch, make sure that the USB charging cable is unplugged.
• Do not use chemical detergents or abrasives. If the patch is very dirty, you might use a slightly soapy solution.
• Make sure that water does not get inside. If this should happen, do not use the device until it is completely dry.
•
The back side of the patch, with adhesive gels, does not require cleaning.
• Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out under the supervision of a responsible adult if the user is mentally
or physically impaired person.
• Keep this product away from moisture, high temperatures and direct sunlight, in its storage box.
• Keep the blue protective films to replace them on the patch after each use.

unpleasant sensation.
• The intensity level is too high.
• The electrode adhesive gel does not stick
enough or is damaged and doesn’t have a
sufficient contact with the skin.
• Decrease the level of intensity with the button ‘’ ‘’.

correctly stick to your skin, humidify the gels as
indicated in part 3.2.
If the problem is persistent, change the adhesive
gel and verify it covers all the electrical
circuit/electrodes of the stimulator before use.
One side of the patch
sends stronger stimuli
than the other.
• It is possible that every area of your body
reacts differently.
• The patch does not adhere properly to the
skin.
• If this sensation is unpleasant, reposition the
patch.
• Verify the good contact between the patch and
your skin.
• Clean and dry your skin. If the patch does not
stick correctly to your skin, humidify the gels as
indicated in section 3.2.
• If the problem persists, change the adhesive gel
and make sure it covers all the surface of
electrical circuit of the stimulator before use.
What should I do if the
patch, without pressing
any buttons, emits a
series of beeps during
the session?
• The patch does not properly adhere to the skin.
• You must stick the patch again so the electrodes
are completely in contact with the skin and start
the program again by briefly pressing the “ ”
button.
• Your program will resume where it left off and
you will need to adjust the intensity again.
During the session I feel
that the intensity
decreases without
touching the patch. Is
this normal?
Several causes are possible:
• The patch is not in contact with the skin.
• The patch is discharged.
• During the session you may get used to the
intensity level, increase it with the “ ”
button.
• The gels must be moisten.
• Verify the good contact between the patch and
your skin.
• The battery can be almost discharged, recharge
the patch using the cable provided.
• You can get used to the intensity during the
session, increase it with the “ ” button.
• Humidify the adhesive gels as indicated in
section 3.2
The patch does not
adhere properly to the
skin. What am I
supposed to do?
• Cream or body milk may decrease the gels
adhesiveness.
• The gels must be moisten.
• First, clean and dry your skin.
• If your patch still does not adhere properly,
moisten the gels as described in section 3.2.
• If the problem persists, replace the gels and
check that they cover the entire electrical circuit
of the electrostimulator before using it again.
