Important Out of Warranty Repair Information :
Please be advised that out of warranty units may be determined to be “not repairable or replaceable” upon eval-
uation due to parts availability. Before sending any products for repair, we recommend that you contact the service location for information regarding your specific
model, out of warranty service fees, and return shipping charges. UNAVI will not be held responsible for installation or shipping charges in accordance with the ser-
vice of out of warranty units.
To exchange or return an item purchased in our stores, please follow these guidelines :
All returned items must be in original, new condition, with the original
box, packaging, manuals, accessories, cables, etc. and must be received by UNAVI within 10 days of the approved RMA date.
Exchange Period :
Exchange your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe below:
- Up to 45 days for all non-used UNAVI products (equal or lesser value)
- Up to 30 days for all used and/or opened items (equal or lesser value)
- Up to 15 days for all accessory products (e.g. SD card)
Return & Restocking Fees :
- Non-used items within 60 days of original purchase date: Refund except all shipping & handling charges
- Non-used items beyond 60 days and up to 90 days of original purchase date: Refund except all shipping & handling charges, 15% restocking fee
- Used and/or opened items up to 30 days: Refund except all shipping & handling charges, and 20% restocking fee
Non-Returnable Items/Services The following cannot be returned
- Labor, rental charges, delivery and/or installation services
- Items that have been damaged or abused- Items that are missing accessories, bracket, interface board and cables
- Items that have been etched or otherwise personalized
- Items that are “special ordered”
- Computer software, movies, music and video games that have been opened may be exchanged for the identical item but may not be returned for a refund.
Exchange Price :
The retail price of the product does not include prices needed for any exchanges.
Original Invoice and Tax ID :
Send the original invoice (or sales receipt) for all exchanges, returns for price matches, and warranty repair services.

Promotional Items and Bundles :
As a benefit to our customers, UNAVI occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings
on a bundle of items when they are purchased together.
- When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount.
- When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund.
UNAVI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR IMPROPER INST-
ALLATION OF ANY PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THIS WARRANTY. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXTENDING BEYOND
THOSE SET FORTH ABOVE.IN NO EVENT SHALL UNAVI AND ITS ASSOCIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY COMPUTER DAMAGE, VEHICLE DAMAGE, PERSONAL
INJURY, DEATH, FINES, LAWSUITS, PROSECUTION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, INCORRECT DATA, ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE, GOV¬ERNMENT, LAW
AND REGULATORY VILOATIONS OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DELAY
IN RENDERING SERVICE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE DURING THE REPAIR PERIOD OF THE PRODUCT(S) OR WHILE OTHERWISE AWAITING PA-
