Allen Wrench
(H6)
.

Step 13 - Foot Attachment
A. Place a Foot
(P11)
on top of Front Leg
(P1b)
and Back Leg
(P1a)
on one side of the desk with the pre-installed leveling glides
facing up as shown. The ends of the legs should fit inside
the rectangular holes in the Foot on the opposite side as the
leveling glides.
B. Loosely insert eight M6x14 Machine Screws
(H2)
through the
holes in the Foot and into the eight threaded holes in the ends
of the two legs.
Note:
If you are having difficulty getting the ends of the
legs
into the Foot or aligning the holes of the Foot and legs, use the
4 mm Allen Wrench
(H6)
to loosen, WITHOUT REMOVING, the
four screws that attach the Legs to the Crossbar Ends
(P2)
. Be
sure to firmly tighten these screws again once the Foot has
been fastened to the legs.
C. Once all eight screws have been started, tighten them with the
4 mm Allen Wrench.
D. Repeat the previous steps for the second Foot.
E.
Do one final tightening of all foot screws. Tight foot screws add
significant stability.
