TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Solution
The compressor hums
very loudly.
The voltage is too low. Switch off the appliance
and check whether it is
connected to a 220–
240 V~ wall socket.
Indicator lamp shows
that the ice container
is full, even though it
is not full.
The room temperature
is too cool.
Remove the ice
container and push it
back into the appliance.
Pieces of ice are
jammed.
Switch the appliance
off. Empty the ice
container and restart
the appliance. If the
problem persists,
contact our customer
service department.
The sensor is defective. Contact our customer
service department.
Indicator lamp shows
that the water level is
too low, even though
there is enough water.
The water is not
conductive enough.
Add a pinch of salt to
the water in the water
tank.
Indicator lamp for low
water level is out, even
though there is no
water in the tank.
The water is not

off. Clean the water tank
thoroughly and restart
the appliance.
