from 60 to 5 minutes by pressing
the buttons TIME + and TIME -.
The basic setting is 30 minutes.
Mix
When the ingredients need to be
mixed evenly before starting the
programme, please choose this
programme selection before the
ice cream preparation. The ingre-
dients are mixed 60 minutes at
maximum. It is possible to change
the relevant time selection from
60 to 5 minutes by pressing the
buttons TIME + and TIME -. The
basic setting is 10 minutes.
14. Important: once you have selec-
ted a program, you cannot change
it while the program is running.
You then have to use the POWER
switch to switch the appliance off
and back on again. However, the
“Mix andFreeze” and “Mix” pro-
grams can be paused by pres-
sing the START/PAUSE button. If
you pause the program, the time
which was set will continue run-
ning. As soon as you press the
START/PAUSE button again, the
appliance will resume operation.
The “Freeze” program cannot be
paused.
15. Now press the START/PAUSE but-
ton. The appliance starts mixing
the ingredients.
16. The remaining time is shown on
the display.
17. During operation you can extend
the operating time by pressing the
Time + button in intervals of one
minute to a maximum of 60 minu-
tes.
18. After expiration of the set time the
appliance automatically switches
off and a signal beeps ten times.
The display shows 0:00.
19. If the ice cream is not removed
within 10 minutes after the “fini-
shed” signal, the automatic coo-
ling function switches on to pre-
vent the ice cream from melting.
20. The automatic cooling function
keeps the ice cream cold for a
maximum of one hour.
Remove ice cream
21. Before removing the ice cream
from the appliance, switch off the
appliance with the POWER switch
and unplug the power cord from
the electrical outlet.
22. Remove the transparent lid.
23. Remove the ice cream container
from the appliance and carefully
pull the mixer out of the container.
24. Transfer the ice cream to a suita-
ble container. Do not use sharp or
pointed objects for this; instead,
use a plastic or wooden spoon in
order not to damage the ice cream
container. We recommend using a
silicone dough scraper.
25. If desired, you can make more ice
cream right away. In this case,
start again with step number 1.
26. Tip: If you make fruit ice cream or
sorbet, remove the ice cream con-
tainer as soon as the program is
finished, transfer the ice cream to
a container suitable for freezing
and put this container in the free-
zer so that the ice cream freezes
completely. Otherwise, this ice
cream may be slightly soft inside,
