Please modify if following symptom occurs

TV does not work due to C216 broke down
<Cause>
Because of overheating on C216.
<Countermeasures>
In order to decrease temperature on C216, modify the chassis as given below.
Replace,
C216 EL CAP 4.7 UF 250V 85ºC ==> EL CAP 47 UF 250V 105ºC High Ripple
