5. Turn the Turn-Buckles in the direction that retracts the Support Ring tight onto the lip 
of the sump as shown in Figure 5. Make sure that the Support Block is resting against the 
inside surface of the sump. This must be done for which ever assembly method is used. 
Note: the Turn-Buckles must be turned to create as much tension as required to seal the
