If you don’t have an internet connection you will need to connect both your pc and the
RMU to the same network. To connect to the RMU open your web browser and go to
http://rmu:8888 or the URL http://<RMUIPAddress>:8888 (change <RMUIPAddress> to
the IP of your RMU).
The default username is “admin” with the password “UUI”. If you
connect without internet you can use the UUI but can’t use the “uCloud”.

Create an account and log in

When logged in, click “Digital Modular Headend“

Add your remote system by clicking on “+ New“ on the left side of the menu

Fill in the system details and the RMU key, click create to continue.

When the location is connected, it will appear in the left side of the menu.

To have
remote access and control
, click on the location, then click on “Connect“ in
the top right corner of the menu. This will open as a pop-up screen or a new tab. Make
sure pop-up windows are not blocked by your web browser.

You can give other users access to your headend. First add the user to
