Handcuff Mode (Leash Alarm)
When enabled, the Leash Alarm will force the imager to
sound an alarm for a preprogrammed length of time to notify
if an imager is leaving the immediate vicinity of the cradle.
This is especially useful in instances where the imager might
inadvertently have been placed in a bag or cart.
