6 Troubleshooting
1. The air purifier does not turn on
•
Check that the power cord is plugged into both the power
outlet and the electrical outlet.
•
If you’ve checked the power cord and the device will not turn
on, see Chapter 4.5, replacing the power connector fuse.

If replacing the fuse does not solve the problem,
contact UniqAir Customer Service.
2. A whistling or whining sound
•
Check that the pre- and main filters are firmly in place. Follow
the instructions for replacing the main filter up to removing the
filter.
