        6. Troubleshooting and Parts Replacement 

6.1 Trouble Shooting 

6.1.1 The Whole Display Black out   

Cause Analysis: 

1)

 

The display or control system has no power supply. 

2)

 

The display has no signal input. 

3)

 

Control computer is under sleep mode or the set-up of graphic card is incorrect. 

Solutions: 

1)

 

Make sure the AC power input is working well and voltage is correct. 

2)

 

Make sure the connection between receiving card and sending card is correct, and that all 

cables are fully connected. 

3)

 

Make sure the control computer already disable sleep mode. 

4)

 

Make sure the graphic card settings are accurate. 

6.1.2 Display Output Image Is Incomplete or Incorrect Position 

Cause Analysis:   

1)    Incorrect configuration files of UniLCT-Mars. 

2)        Unstable connection of signal cables between cabinet. 

3) 

Incorrect parameter set-up of the display position or size. 

Solutions:   

1)

 

Check the display connection setting of UniLCT-Mars and make sure the file is correct. 

2)

 

Make sure that the signal cable is securely plugged in to the cabinet and inside receiving 

card. The receiving card indicator on the cabinet is lit and glowing a blink green. 

3)

 

Make sure  the  "display  position"  and  "display  size"  parameters  in  the  software  are  the 

same as the actual size of the display. 

6.1.3 Display Output Image Blinking 

Cause Analysis:   

1)

 

Loose signal cable or long transmission distance. 

2)

 

The DVI signal from control system is defected.
