UNiKA UD-064 & UD-064D Switching Power Amplifier

Overview:

The UD-064/UD-064D is a high efficient switching power amplifier with a concise and intuitive digital
control interface. The amplifier is designed to achieve its maximum output by paralleling speakers on its
outputs. Every output of the amplifier can deliver 600W of power on 4Ω load of parallelized speakers and
over a kilowatt of power on 2Ω load. The outputs also support bridging which can drastically extend output
capability up to 2 kilowatts on each bridged pair. It comes with an unprecedented eXtraTone™ mechanism
to compensate speaker for loss below its bass cutoff. Besides boosting the bass audio on cutoff frequency of
the speakers, eXtraTone™ mirrors the audio below the cutoff frequency in a way of harmonic audio over a
range of frequency above the cutoff frequency.

Features:

600W x 4 in single-ended outputs configuration with 4Ω speaker, or
2000W x2 in bridged outputs configuration with 4Ω speaker
High Efficient switching power supply and Class-D Switching power amplifier
eXtraTone™ to compensate speaker for loss below its bass cutoff
A subwoofer deidicated Low Pass Filter (LPF) is automatically indroduced on channels with a set of
bridged output (or a pair of parallelized inputs)
LPFMix auto feeds input of subwoofer dedicated LPF with a mono mixed from the other channels
Concise and intuitive digital operating interface to cut learning curve
All-time PPM meter with clip hold indicator for every output channel
Digital controlled variable cooling fans
Voltage and temperature monitoring and protection
Automatically compresses output in low operating voltage or high operating temperature
Volume and all the device configuration are automatically saved upon power-off or power loss
Auto-switching for AC voltage in range either 110~127V or 220~240V
Wide range of tolerance in AC voltage
Dante network interface in 1Gbps link speed (UD-064D)
Dante audio sample rate up to 96KHz (UD-064D)
DDM (Dante Domain Manager) is supported (UD-064D)
Two RJ-45 ports for Dante network make Daisy-chain cascading feasible (UD-064D)
slim 1U rack-mount chassis with elegant style of aluminum front panel
