To remove the combustion head, pull it out. Once removed, check that the air and gas holes are not obstructed. Clean the combustion
head by means of compressed air or scrape off the scale using a metallic brush.
Adjusting the electrodes
Important Note: Check the ignition and detection electrodes after removing/adjusting the combustion head.

Remove the lid C.

Unscrew the screws V holding in position the
manifold G and pull out the complete group as
shown in figure.
Note: for the subsequent assembly carry out the
above described operations in the reverse order,
checking the correct position of the OR ring.

ATTENTION:
avoid
the ignition and detection electrodes to contact metallic parts (blast tube, head, etc.), otherwise the boi-
ler operation would be compromised. Check the electrodes position after any intervention on the combustion head.
