Removing the filter in theMULTIBLOC DUNGS MB-DLE 415 - 420 B01 1” 1/2 - 2”
Check the filter at least once a year!
Change the filter if the pressure difference between pressure connection 1 and 2 (Fig. 51-Fig. 52) Dp> 10 mbar.
Change the filter if the pressure difference between pressure connection 1 and 2 (Fig. 51-Fig. 52) is twice as high compared to the last
check.
You can change the filter without removing the fitting.

Interrupt the gas supply closing the on-off valve.

Remove screws 1 ÷ 6 (Fig. 53).

Change filter insert.

Re-insert filter housing, screw in screws 1 ÷ 6 without using any force and fasten.

Perform leakage and functional test, p

= 360 mbar.

Pay attention that dirt does not fall inside the valve.
