Dialing with call charge assignment
You can assign external calls to certain projects.
Prerequisite:
Project numbers (from 1 to 5) have been configured for certain
projects and you have an account code (ACCT) for the project.
Dialing with project assignment
Settings
Select and confirm the option shown.

Enter a service code between 61 (for project number 1) and 65 (for project
number 5).

Enter the external phone number.
Then make your phone call as usual
Call duration display
Call duration display is configured by your administrator. The display can show
either call duration or call charges. It can also be switched off.
The call duration appears in the first line of the display on the right as HH:MM:SS
and in 24-hour format. It is shown 10 seconds after the call starts.
The call charge display feature must be requested from the network operator
and configured by your administrator.

A time limit is applied to project assignment. It is automatically deactivated
if you have not used your phone for more than five minutes, for example.
