Punches: Recording hours and data 

This section provides instructions for the various types of punches that you can make using the Time Clock. 
General login instruction appear in the 

Logging in to the Time Clock

 section. Your manager will provide 

specific login instructions for the Time Clocks on your property. 

Punching in 

You punch In when you start work or a shift. 

1.

 

Log in to the Time Clock.  

The Welcome screen appears. 

2.

 

Press 

In

One of the following occurs: 

 

If you work only one job, a confirmation screen appears. 

 

If you work more than one job, a job selection screen appears.  

3.

 

Do one of the following: 

 

If a confirmation screen appears, press 

Close

You return to the Welcome screen 

 

If a job selection screen appears: 

a.

 

Press the job that you want to work. 

A confirmation screen appears. 

b.

 

Press 

Close

You return to the Welcome screen. 

Punching for break 

You use the Break option when you want to take your break within the course of your shift. 

1.

 

Log in to the Time Clock.  

The Welcome screen appears. 

2.

 

Press 

Break

A confirmation screen appears. 

3.

 

Press 

Close

You return to the Welcome screen. 

Returning from break 

You use the Back option when returning from your break. 

1.

 

Log in to the Time Clock.  

The Welcome screen appears.
