DOPOSITOR
Mini Dopositor Screen
The Mini Dopositor screen is accessed from the Main Startup
screen by pressing the DOPOSITOR Button. This screen allows
the operator to change parameters that affect how the Mini
Dopositor functions and also allows access to the Mini Dopositor
Manual screen.
The Mini Dopositor screen contains the following functions and displays:
Item Function
MANUAL Button Accesses the Mini Dopositor Manual screen and gives access to buttons that
allow the operator to manually cycle the Dopositor, the cutter, or purge with
the feeder.
The Manual screen will be described on the next page.
ACTUAL PROD.
RATE Actual Production Rate displays how many cycles per minute the machine is
doing at its current rate.
ACTUAL CYCLE TIME Actual Cycle Time displays how long it takes to deposit and cut at the current
settings.
FEED SPEED Feed Speed sets how fast the auger will spin from 10-100%.
Changing this speed will change how fast the product is extruded and
effectively will change the size of the deposit for a given feed time.
FEED TIME Feed Time sets how long the auger will spin from 0-60 seconds.
This determines the size the product for a given Feed Speed.
SUCK BACK Suck Back sets how long the auger will spin backwards after the deposit is
done before the cutter cycles.
This lowers the pressure at the nozzle so that product does not continue to
flow after the cutter has cycled.
NUMBER OF DEP. This sets the Number of Deposits when in Pan Mode.
This basically determines how many deposits will be placed onto the pan/tray
before the machine stops and waits to be triggered again.
BACK Button This button returns to the Main Startup screen.
