Using the Caller ID List

You can place a call from the Caller ID list. The TRU 346 stores up to 50 messages.

Select the phone number that you want
to dial by pressing
or .
2 Press .
The displayed phone number will be
dialed automatically.

Pressing while the incoming call information is displayed (in step 1) will
set or cancel a Long Distance call. Pressing will set or cancel the area
code setting.

You can edit the phone number of the Caller ID data when you press
af ter step 1.
• You cannot make a call
from the Caller ID list if
your TRU 346 is
connected to a private
branch exchange (PBX).
• When a long distance
call has been set, “

appears in the display.
• In Caller ID operation,
if no key is pressed
within 20 seconds, an
error tone sounds and
the telephone returns
to the standby mode.
