7.2 Electrical connection
Step 1: Check whether the mains voltage corresponds to
the voltage indicated on the rating plate.
Step 2: Ensure a good grounding of the parts washing
device.
Step 3: Connect the power cord to the mains.

Commission
Step 1:Before startup, fill the tank with at least 4 liters of
solvent. The maximum tank capacity is 9 liters.
Fill the solvent about 20 mm higher than the aspi
-
ration. To check this, it is possible to pull out the
tank and read the level gauge.
Step 2: Connect a compressor with a hose diameter 8 to
the bottom of the parts washing device (Fig. 6).

DANGER!

There is an immediate danger of electrocution on
contact with live components.
- Work on the electrical system only by electricians.
ATTENTIOM!
The Part Washing Unit must have a good grounding
to avoid static electricity and sparking

- Never work on the Part Washing Unit if you are un

der the influence of alcohol, drugs or medicines and
/ or you are overtired or suffer from concentration-
impairing illnesses...
- The Part Washing Unit may only be operated by one
person. Other persons must keep away from the
work area during operation.
