기구 설명 / MECHANICAL DESCRIPTION
1. 사절기 구 (Thread trimmer)
사절기구는 그림과 같이 이동칼①, 고정칼②,
실가리개③, 이동칼잡이④, 이동칼잡이스토퍼⑤,
사절축⑥, 사절캠레버(조)⑦, 사절캠⑧, 사절
솔레노이드⑨로 구성되어 있습니다.
The thread trimmer cinsists of the movable knife①, fixed knife②, lower thread finger③, movable knife holder④, knife
holder presser⑤, forked shaft⑥, thread trimmer cam lever assembly⑦, thread trimmer clutch⑧, and thread trimmer
solenoid⑨.
2. 사절기 구의 작동순서 (아래그 림은 고속가마를 제외 한 것 입니다.)

(1) 고속 시의 상태 (Dur ing op eration)
★ 스프링 ꊉ ꊒ 에 의해 사절캠레버(조)⑦를 사절솔레노이드⑨측에 밀기 위해, 사절캠레버(조)⑦가 사절캠⑧과 맞물리지 않기 때문에
이동칼잡이④는 작동하지 않습니다. 또 스프링에 의해 사절레바 ꊉ ꊓ 를 누르고, 이동칼잡이④가 이동하지 않도록 하고 있습니다.
★ The thread trimmer cam lever spring ꊉ ꊒ presses the thread trimmer cam lever assembly⑦ against the thread trimmer
solenoid⑨. Because the thread trimmer cam lever assembly⑦ does not engage with the thread trimmer clutch⑧, the
movable knife holder④ does not function. The thread trimmer lever spring presses the thread trimmer lever ꊉ ꊓ to prevent
the movable knife holder④ from shifting.
