Output GGA in 1Hz.
Time, position and fix-related data of the GPS receiver.
Message type and update rate can be set by oneself.
The corresponding output frequency rate for 1, 0.2,
0.1 are 1hz, 5hz, 10hz; types includes GGA

Outputs current heading information, continue output
when the information is changed.
