CALIBRATION
In the factory, the boilers are calibrated for piped natural gas (G20), which is indicated on the boilers with a label! The
volume set can differ from the specified value by ±5%. The calibrated values can be found in the following table. These
are needed because following a possible repair it is necessary to carry out the setting of the device; calibration is also
necessary if the type of gas has to be changed.
The gas technical regulation of the gas device as well as switching over to another type of gas can be carried out
only by the members of the brand service!
The method of switching to another type of gas will be introduced below.

The data in the table are provided at 15°C and 1013 mbar air
pressure.
Nozzle pressure can be checked at two places. One is Stud
“A” the on the gas valve control stud, the other is at the control
stud at the end of the nozzle holder collector. Checking
connection pressure is possible at Stud “B”.
o
Connect the pressure gauge onto the measuring stub.
o
Start the boiler in the manner described above.
Setting nozzle pressure
o
Remove closing bolt number 1 of the gas valve.
o
Set the value of pressure at the value indicated in the
table with bolt number 2 (the bolt under the closing
bolt). By turning the bolt to the right, pressure
increases, by turning it into the opposite direction, it
decreases.
o
With bolt number 3, on AP type devices, the size of the
pilot light can be regulated.
o
Remove the measuring device and put back the
closing bolts.
