4. Retrofittable Options
4.1 UMP 6M Alarm-, Chime-, Message-Player Module
The UPM 6M gives you the option to retrofit a high quality
alarm/chime/message player module into the UM 4000.
The module is equipped with a 18 bit D/A converter.
MP3 signal and voice message files can easily be stored on the
integrated SD card. The files can be triggered separately via the four
trigger inputs available at the RJ 45 connector at the front of the unit.
Three additional trigger inputs are available inside the UM 4000.
Optionally the RJ 45 connector can be replaced by a trigger switch. This
allows to start i.e. a particular chime file just by pressing the button.
