HydroPower® RO
Troubleshooting
6.1.3 Overheating
Always ensure that the HydroPower RO is well ventilated and is not too close to objects or walls which
could prevent proper air circulation.
1. If the pump motor overheats, the HydroPower RO will automatically stop.
2. Turn “OFF” the system at the lower switch.
3. Let the HydroPower RO cool down.
4. Start the HydroPower RO with the lower switch (e.g. “PURE”).
5. If the pump does not start, press the red “RESTART” button on the back of the unit
for approximately five (5) seconds.
`
The HydroPower RO should start again.
If the system does not start, let the HydroPower RO cool down even further.
`
If the HydroPower RO still does not start, check the outlet the unit is plugged into.
