A.  PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

 

Although the Rethermalizer only requires minimal preventive maintenance, the need to keep it clean cannot be 

 

over-stressed.  The tub, basket, and grill come in contact with food and

THOROUGHLY

 cleaned 

 

each evening.  If the Rethermalizer is kept clean and if the following inspections are performed, this unit will 

 

provide many years of trouble free service.
