Operating Instructions

WARNING

Do not lift more than the rated capacity.

Be aware of dynamic loading. Sudden loading movement may briefly create an excess load
causing crane failure and serious bodily injury.

Engage the parking brake before use. Do not move the vehicle with a load attached to the crane.

Do not attempt to extend or retract the boom while load is attached.

1.  To lift, turn the release valve to the right.

2.  To lower, turn the release valve slowly to the left.

After Each Use

WARNING

Keep the crane away from children.

If the crane will be used frequently, release the valve to lower the boom at the lowest position.
Make sure the base is firmly mounted on the truck.

If the crane will not be operated for a while, remove the post and boom from the base and store it
in a dry and clean place.

Maintenance

It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your

crane in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in

accordance with the recommended procedures found in this manual. If any abnormal vibrations or

noise occurs, stop using the crane immediately and have the problem corrected before further

use. Have necessary repairs made by qualified service personnel.
