STEP 1
Parts Needed:

2. Lay out the three cross members (2) and the side rails (1) as shown below.

NOTE:

The center holes on the cross members should be facing up and the ‘front’ cross

member is reversed (flanges toward the rear).There are 2 small holes with one regular hole on
the wall of side rail must be toward the front.

3. Attach the side rails with the cross members using M10*25 bolts,

10 flat washers and M10

nylon nuts.
Do not fully tighten the nuts yet.

STEP 2
Parts Needed:

4. Attach the towbar (3) to the front and middle cross members using M10*25 bolts,

10 flat

washers and M10 nylon nuts, noting the bolt direction shown in the figure below.

5. Attach the front and rear spring hangers (4, 5), noting that the shorter hangers (4) belong

toward the front and the longer hangers (5) in the back, using M10*25 bolts,

10 flat washers

and M10 nylon nuts.
