MAKING SAUSAGES

Before starting, please assemble sausage attachments as following. (fig.11-12)

Let the sausage casings in warm water for 10 minutes and then attach the casings to
the sausage filling tube.

Put the meat on the hopper tray and slowly guide the meat into the head by using the
pusher.
Place a bowl under the head to collect the sausages.
Plug in and turn on the machine. The machine begins to extrude the meat into the
sausage casings.
After use, switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.

DISASSEMBLING
Make sure that the motor has stopped completely.
Disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
Disassemble by reversing the steps from 6-1 pictures.
If the fixing ring is not easily removed by hands, please use tools.
To remove the cutting plate easily, place a screwdriver between the cutting plate and
the head as illustrated and lift it up (fig.13).
