3. Put the wire through the slots in the housing
and route the cable as shown here
Install the new fan
4. Place the front part of the fi lter housing over the
back and align the two parts
Note:
The fan wire loops back on the left side of the fan. Make sure
the wire cannot get stuck between parts of the housing.
Note:
Next, carefully turn the fi lter housing over, so the back part
with the fan is facing upwards.
2. Connect the fan to the PCB on the
right side of the board
Note:
Do not touch the PCB while connecting the new fan.
1. Place the fan in the back part of the fi lter
housing with the sticker facing down
6. Tighten each of the four M4x45 screws to secure
the fi lter housing parts
Tools:
2.5 mm hex key
Note:
The fan cable should be on the bottom left side.
Note:
Ensure the sticker is not facing upwards, as this reverses the
airfl ow in the Air Manager!
5. Align the fan guard and the four screws
with the fi lter housing
Note:
The orientation of the fan guard should be as
shown in this picture
