ECPR - Emergency Cheek Pads Removing
Cheek pads are also equipped with a Quick removal system
in case of emergency (Fig. 10). This allows users to remove
cheek pads with the helmet still on, allowing for easier helmet
removal in the event of an accident.
Cheek pad removal with the helmet still on (Fig. 11)
1. Disengage the front bayonet cheek pad tab. (Fig. 11 - A)
2. Insert a finger in the red ribbon. (Fig. 11 - B)
3. Holding the helmet firmly with the other hand, pull the red
ribbon down, perpendicularly to the neckline. (Fig. 11 - C)
4. Pull until the buttons are released. (Fig. 11 - D)
5. Remove the cheek pad. Repeat this operation for the other
cheek pad. (Fig. 11 - E)
6. Carefully remove the helmet after having removed both
cheek pads.
