Maintenance:
1. Always unplug heater before cleaning or repairs.
2. Do not knock against or rub the appliance to avoid damaging the exterior
coating, which may allow rust to appear.
3. When the appliance will not be used for a long time, please clean it and
put it into a dry packing box.
4. Never immerse the appliance in water for cleaning.
Cleaning:
Wipe the unit with a soft damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or spray
liquids on the unit surfaces.
Note: it is possible that the unit surface may discolor (yellow) over time due
to dust or cigarette smoke. This is normal and not a manufacturing defect.
Safety Notices:
1. Never use the heater in any other position than vertically fixed on the wall.
Overturning the heater or placing it in another position is very dangerous.
2. The appliance can only be used indoors. It cannot be used in explosive
atmosphere locations, containing flammable vapours or ashes.
3. Install the heater on the wall, at a minimum distance of 12” (30 cm) from
the floor or 12” (30 cm) from the ceiling. Do not put place any obstructions,
such as furniture or curtains within 39” (1 m) in front of it. Do not hang any
unstable object over the heater.
4. Do not plug the appliance on the same socket or electric circuit with other
electrical appliances in order to prevent the circuit from being overloaded,
which will cause fire. Do not use an extension cord or movable sockets.
5. Do not let children insert hands, sticks and or small parts into the vents,
and slots of the appliance in order to avoid accidents.
6. Do not put clothes, towels and other things to dry directly on the heater.
Water could drop into the heater and cause a malfunction.
7. Turn heater off, pull out the plug and let it cool off prior to cleaning it.
8. When the appliance is on, do not put the power cord on the top of the unit.
Never leave the power cord tangled or tightly wound.
9. Avoid pressing heavy objects on top of the cord.
10. If the appliance is broken down, never attempt to use it and do not
disassemble or repair it by yourself. It should be sent to a certified Service
centre to be repaired by specialized personnel.
11. While the appliance is operating, do not open the doors or windows, it will
affect the warming effect.
12. If the electrical cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
13. WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
