• This convection heater is to be used on a 240 V AC power supply and connected with
a 12-gauge, 2-conductor wire with ground.
• All electrical connections MUST be made inside the junction box located at the back
of the unit.
Note:
• This unit must be controlled by a thermostat (sold separately). Please consul
thermostat installation instructions for connection to the heater.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connect the grounding wire to the grounding lead of heater with a wire connector.
2. Connect all wires from the circuit breaker to the heater with wire connectors. Refer to
the wiring diagram for 1000W heat or the optional 2000W heat.
3. Connect to supply wires according to circuit diagram in manual and circuit diagram in
wiring compartment of the unit.
INSTALL THE FRONT PANEL
Attach the front panel to the heater and secure in place with two front panel screws.
Ensure the grill opening aligns with the heater fan.

1. Position the box at least 6" (15.3 cm) away from any adjacent horizontal or vertical
surface. This minimum distance must be maintained.
2. Drill 4 holes in the wall. Attach the surface box to the wall with four mounting screws
and wall anchors.
3. Install the recess box into the surface box with the four screws provided.
4. Attach the front panel to the heater and secure in place with screws. Ensure the grill
opening aligns with the heater fan.
