12. MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Employees that have studied the operating principle and design of the refrigerated display cabinets and have been
instructed in safety are only allowed to maintain the refrigerated display cabinets.
In case of failure of any element of the refrigerated display cabinets, it is replaced with the same element to
minimize the risk of fire related to the use of of incorrect components.
DO NOT use a refrigerant different from the one indicated on the nameplate.
The maintenance of the refrigerated display cabinets (except for works specified in Table 3) and troubleshooting
is carried out by specialists of service centers or manufacturer's specialists according to the maintenance or repair
action form.
ATTENTION! A false call* of a specialist is paid by the owner.
*A false call is a call when by the time of the specialist's arrival the refrigerated display cabinets is operable and complies with
the specifications provided in the Operating Manual. The owner's absence on the fixed day of the request fulfillment amounts
to a false call.
The owner should perform maintenance of the refrigerated display cabinets during its service life at the installation
site according to the recommendations set out in Table 3.

The frequency of cleaning of the refrigerated display cabinets and surfaces is determined by visual state of the
refrigerated display cabinets and sanitary requirements of the product storage technology, however, no less than once a
month.
ATTENTION!
Before you start cleaning the refrigerated display cabinets, disconnect it from the mains.
When cleaning, use gloves. You may use a neutral detergent and soft cloth to wash the refrigerated display cabi-
nets. Do not use flammable or abrasive materials or cleaning agents of unknown chemical composition. Do not wash the
refrigerated display cabinets with a direct jet of water. When cleaning, make sure that the electrical elements of the refrig-
erated display cabinets (fan, controller, lamp) are not doused with water. Do not wash glass surfaces with hot water.
ATTENTION! After wet cleaning do not turn on the refrigerated display cabinets before it is completely dry.
