WARRANTIES - After-sales service
Swimming pool 580 - H130 cm
Warranty conditions:
The swimming pool must be assembled within 48 hours of the package being opened.
For the warranty to be valid, a concrete slab must be in place.
Our warranty covers only the replacement of defective parts. It in no way covers demands for compensation or damages. The general warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
• Use of the equipment in a way which is not in accordance with the instructions.
• Damage incurred as a result of bad handling during and after assembly.
1) Pump : 2 year warranty (electrical problems) under normal usage conditions. The following are not covered by the warranty: Deterioration by abrasion or corrosion, deterioration due to a faulty connection,
equipment dismantled or repaired by a third party, parts breaking (pump base, prefilter cover, hose connector...), running the pump when dry. The warranty is void if the electrical cable and/or the plug are
replaced, removed or damaged
2) Liner : 2 year warranty under normal usage conditions. The following are not covered by the warranty: Punctures, holes, tears, stains (treatment products directly in the water), stains due to algae growth, stains
due to decomposition of foreign bodies in contact with the liner, stains and decolouration due to oxidising products, colourfastness and wear due to rubbing on various surfaces. Deformation of the liner left without
water for more than 24 hours (never empty your swimming pool completely).
3) Filter : 2 year warranty on non-installed products: tank, drainage plug, collar, multiport valves... The following are not covered by the warranty: Watertightness problems following use of pressure greater than the
maximum authorised pressure. (ref. filter notice).
4) Skimmer : 2 year warranty on the seal joints.
5) Wooden structure : 10 year warranty against corrosion and insect attack. The following are not covered by the warranty: Changes in wood colour due to weather, natural deformations (splitting, cracks which
in no way impair the mechanical performance of the wood). The warranty does not cover assembly or storage faults producing deformations in the wall panels (if assembled a long time after the package being
opened), deformation of the planks which in no way impairs the mechanical performance of the swimming pool.
IMPORTANT : The after-sales service will be available only at point of sale.
Essential records for claiming the warranty: - Till receipt/proof of purchase.
- Warranty slip.
- Reference number of the faulty part.
