If your application doesn’t have any free memory locations to store IP address/port
number combinations, you can save several within the USWD500 Modem. Refer
to “
Quick Connection to the CDPD Network
” on Page 26 for details.
Wireless Configuration Report
It is easier to print the wireless configuration information if a receipt printer is
attached to the POS terminal. Using the receipt printer to display configuration
information is easier than having a merchant read and scroll this information on
the terminal's display. Here is a suggested format for a wireless configuration
report.
