Check the spray on the jets for even flow. A 7.
jet that sprays unevenly or dribbles needs
to be cleaned (see Figure 20).
Do NOT spray the high pressure solution in
your face or eyes. Bodily injury can result if
you do.
Twist the jet out. Turn it over. Blow out any 8.
obstructions and re-install the jet.
Never use a sharp solid object to dislodge an obstruction as this will damage the
spray jet.
Rinse the head assembly and the cowling with fresh water to remove debris. 9.
Lay machine on its right side when cleaning. If it positioned on the left side, oil
will drain out of the gear box.
Coat the motor shaft with TKX 10.

All-
Purpose Lube or a similar lubricant before
re-installing the cleaning head. Apply the
lubricant to the O-ring. Locate the head
onto the shaft, making sure the threads
are aligned properly, and rotate the head
counterclockwise (see Figure 21).
