Assembly

This item must be assembled before use.

1.

Attach the vertical Post (2) to the Base (1) using two sets of Bolt, Nut and

Washer (7), as shown in the Assembly Diagram and in the photo below.
Tighten all fasteners firmly.

Attach Step (10) to the Post (2) using

two sets Bolt, Nut, Washer (8) as
shown in the photo above. Tighten all
fasteners firmly.

3.

Slide the Top Post (3) over the Post (2).

Secure the Top Post in place with the
Pin (5) and Cotter Pin (9). See photo at
right.

4.

The Top Post, with its Chest Rest (11), may be adjusted up or down, by

removing the Cotter Pin (9) and Pin (5), moving the Top Post to the desired
height, and reinserting the Pin and Cotter Pin.
