This item is assembled when you receive

Place the Tool Box on the trailer tongue (not

supplied) with the wider part near the trailer.
From the Hardware Pack (6) select a “U” bolt

and insert it through one of the rectangular
support plates. Insert the legs of the “U” bolt
through the holes in the bottom of the Tool
Box to align with the supports on your trailer
tongue. Repeat with the other “U” bolt.
Fit a rectangular support plate over the legs

of a “U” bolt and hold in place with two nuts
and washers from the Hardware Pack (6).
Repeat for other side. Tighten all 4 bolts,
firmly clamping the Tool Box onto your trailer
tongue.
Before use, check to be sure the Tool Box is

firmly attached to the trailer tongue.
NOTE: Two keys are provided. Keep these in

a safe place when not in use.
Occasionally apply a lock lubricant to the
