ERROR NOTIFICATION
The 3000 model series continuously monitors a series of
inputs and parameters to ensure proper and efficient
operation of your unit. Should the system detect a fault, an
error notification will be displayed on the user interface.
See below for a list of errors.
No Ice
Production
Ensure water is being supplied to the unit.
Verify the ice making unit is turned on.
Not Enough Ice Ensure the condenser coil is clean and free of
any dirt or lint buildup.
Water in Bin
Ensure the unit is plugged in. Check if the
drain is restricted. Ensure drain is free of
foreign debris and hose is not kinked or
twisted.
Hear Running
Water
During ice creation, the water running over the
evaporator may be heard.
Hear Ice Falling After each harvest, ice will fall into the bin.
