Two Person Operation
Required
• Uline is not responsible for any misuse or
misrepresentation of the forearm lifting straps.
• Always inspect moving straps for signs of wear or
damage before using.
• Do not use if straps are cut, frayed or damaged.
This may reduce lifting capacity of the straps.
• Do not expose this product to direct sunlight for six
or more hours for more than four days or above

• This product does not increase strength of user.
• Steel toe shoes and back protection are
recommended when lifting objects.
• Do not use if you have physical limitations or
injuries.
• Always clear path of travel prior to moving objects.
1. Lay both straps side by side underneath furniture
with strong/sturdy legs or x-cross the straps
underneath items that have no legs for anti-slipout
mode. (See Figures 1-2)
2. Grab ends of both straps individually, one in each
hand.
3. With back straight, bend
only slightly at the knees
and choose desired
length by inserting arms
in openings provided.
(See Figure 3)
4. Position arms at 45° angles upward from elbow to
wrist. The strap opening chosen should be right at
the base of your elbow but entirely on your forearm.
(See Figure 4)
5. Place hands directly in
front of shoulder area,
palms flat on the piece
being carried, all fingers
pointing upward. Confirm
each other's state of
readiness. (See Figure 4)
