ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT! This pump is made out of PTFE,
PVDF and 304 stainless steel. Use chemicals
compatible with these materials and follow
OSHA guidelines when using this pump,
including proper grounding and protective
gear as required. For a full list of materials and
compatible chemicals, see uline.com. Unit not
UL or FM approved.
1. Attach handle to pump cover using long screw (10)
and attach to piston rod using short screw (20).
Hand tighten until all screws are attached.
(See Figure 2)
NOTE: Piston rod is inside pump. Loosen top nut
to pull piston rod up.
NOTE: You may switch screw position on the
handle to adjust the flow. (See Operation on
page 3)
2. Apply included sealant tape to threading on pump
cover. (See Figure 3)
3. Put spout (9) through screw nut (5) and tighten onto
pump cover. Attach barb spout (26) as needed.

4. Apply included sealant tape to threading on upper
extend tube (4). (See Figure 5)
