ATTACH HANDLES
1. Place one handle on side of one support panel. Align holes
on handle with holes on support panel. (See Figure 5)
2. Insert four Phillips head bolts through holes in handle. Thread
on M5 flange nuts. Secure using 8 mm wrench and #2 Phillips
screwdriver, but do not tighten. (See Figure 5)
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for second handle on opposite side
support panel.
ATTACH CASTERS
1. Lay pegboard cart on its side so the bottom of the deck is
accessible. (See Figure 6)
2. Place one caster on the bottom of the deck. Align caster bolt
holes with holes in the deck.
(See Figure 6)
3. Insert four long bolts through the holes in the deck and the
caster. In this order, slide one washer and one M8 flange nut
onto each bolt. Secure using 12 mm and 14 mm wrench, but
do not tighten. (See Figure 6)
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for remaining casters. Install rigid
casters on one end and swivel casters with brakes on the
opposite end.
5. Tighten all bolts and nuts on entire pegboard cart.
