1.  Remove the Screw Covers (35-A) 

2.  Remove the Screws (35-B) and Back 

Pad (35-C) 

3.  Align the tubes (35-D) of the Back Pad 

with the holes in the Seat Back (35-E) 

4.  Secure Back Pad with Screws (35-B) 

5.  Place Screw Covers (35-A)
