RAM Installation
The Tsunami uses a 64-bit data path from memory to CPU and can
accommodate up to 768MB of SDRAM. The 168-pin DIMMs must be
of the 3.3V, unbuffered variety. The position of the notch in the DRAM
key position will tell you whether or not a DIMM is unbuffered (see the
figure below). All installed memory will be automatically detected, so
there is no need to set any jumpers.
Some details of memory installation:

One unbuffered DIMM must be installed for the system to POST.

The mainboard supports 8MB, 16MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB, and
256MB SDRAM DIMM modules.

configurations.
