2.1.4      Installing Hard Drives 

 
The GN70-B7056 can support up to 

eight (8)

 3.5” or 2.5” hard drives. Follow these 

instructions to install a hard drive. 

Warning!!! 

Always install the hard disk drive to the chassis after the chassis is 

secured on the rack.   

 
1. 

Press and hold the locking lever latch to pull the locking lever open. 

     

 

 

2. 

Slide the HDD tray out.
