3.7.2      Removing the Motherboard 

 

After removing all of the aforementioned cables, follow the instructions below to 
remove the motherboard from the chassis. 

 

1.  Remove the heatsink and processor if installed. 

2.  Remove the eleven screws securing the motherboard to the chassis. 

 

3.  Remove the mylar from the chassis.       

 

4.  Carefully lift the motherboard from the chassis.
